I’ve gotta give credit to Lloyd for finding this gem! He and Georgia pored the internet for hours before coming up with this place.<\/p>\n

He found it on Airbnb<\/a> and although he went on and on about how he’d come up with a brilliant find. I was so preoccupied with so many other things that I didn’t even get the opportunity to look at the pictures of the place before we arrived. All I knew was that we had a place to stay.<\/p>\n

We left London for Gdansk<\/a> late on a Friday evening which meant we didn’t get to the apartment till it was a tad late. Once we arrived, I finally understood why Lloyd was as pleased as punch about finding this place.<\/p>\n

It had so much space (which any Londoner will tell you is a BIG deal), was located in an old building (hence the high roofs – which I love) and had just been refurbished so it had some pretty new and shiny mod-cons. I like shiny new places.<\/p>\n

In retrospect, it was also rather minimalist – which I like a lot!<\/p>\n
