When I’m not travelling, I can usually be found in 1 of 3 states – napping, eating or thinking about eating. I was in state 3 when I my mind wandered off to a halloween party we organised a while back and in which Yaya made what can only be described as some lethal vodka jelly shots and I started toying with the idea of ‘solid cocktails’ and yes, I hear myself – it sounds silly but it’s not quite as far fetched as you’d think. And as it turns out, it’s a lot easier to do than I initially thought.<\/p>\n
What are solid cocktails?<\/strong> Simple – iced cocktails popsicles. They’re the ideal summer party item. Cool, refreshing and guaranteed to get you and your friends nice and merry!<\/p>\n What d’ya you need?<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.) Popsicle-maker thingamajigs (like this one here<\/a> or here<\/a> – see more below). Not sure what they’re officially called. And popsicle sticks<\/a> – don’t forget the sticks.<\/p>\n
