I love a good meal with a view! Food tastes so much nicer and wine goes down so much smoother when there’s a great view to accompany your meal.<\/p>\n

Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City<\/a> (I’m just gonna refer to it now as HCMC), one of the top things recommended to do was to go up the Bitexco Tower – I’d seen it from our hotel and figured it made sense to check it out.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival at the tower, the views across HCMC were spectacular but we just couldn’t shake off a gnawing feeling at the back of our minds. After taking in the views, we quickly realised that the rumbles we could hear and ‘gnawing feeling’ was that of hunger.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, at the top of the tower, there’s a restaurant there and I did not need to be asked twice when lunch was suggested here.<\/p>\n

I thoroughly recommend taking a trip to Eon 51 – it’s set on the 51st floor of the tower and does some pretty great meals! We went for pancakes, suckling pig and a Vietnamese take on ‘Boeuf Bourguignon. Here are the deets…<\/p>\n
