Brewery, to get our hands on some pretty great sake!<\/p>\n<p>Our visit here actually started with a first-hand look at how sake is made and it essentially involves cooking a whole lotta rice (like a lot!) before then essentially introducing mould to the sake which will eventually ferment it, releasing the alcohol and making the sake that we\u2019d already gotten to taste on the Aru Ressha Sweet find out here that there\u2019s waaaaaaay more to sake than we realise at home. I\u2019ve always like sake on our travels anyway so being able to go right to the roots of where it\u2019s made in Japan (or at least one of them) was just brilliant. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Leaving the Mizuhogiku brewery (fairly merrily, I might add), we headed over to Taiyoshi for lunch of sashimi and other veritable delights I was starting to get really used over the past few days in Kyushu.<\/p>\n<p>(*Still couldn\u2019t name some of them though \u2013 seriously, I could fill a book with the names of all the stuff we\u2019d eaten thus far \u2013 it just so varied and a real
