South Africa is a pretty amazing country\u00a0to explore, especially if you’re a fan of action-packed adventure, delicious food and literally hundreds of elephants… I’ve gotta say, I was in my element!<\/p>\n

\"South<\/a><\/p>\n

After\u00a0our last trip to South Africa, where we visited \u00a0Kruger National park<\/a>,\u00a0catching up with\u00a0the ‘big 5’, we knew we wanted to return!<\/p>\n

If Kruger hadn’t spoiled us enough, the\u00a0vibrant city of Cape Town sure did\u00a0\u00a0where we tried some some of the most delicious restaurants (See a local’s guide to the best Cape Town restaurants, here<\/a>), discovered the breathtaking landscape of Cape Peninsular (see our post, here<\/a>) and even spotted a few penguins sunbathing on their own little beach (you can see how to see them in our post, here<\/a>) – yup, they’re as cute as you can imagine!<\/p>\n

Fortunately, we had the most amazing opportunity to head to South Africa’s Eastern Cape with in one action-packed trip for a #RollingInTheRands challenge to see how far \u00a3400 could get you in South Africa.<\/p>\n
