The flights here might set you back a little bit but once you get here, it\u2019s a lot cheaper than most other destinations on this list and so you can have an amazing holiday here for a fraction of the price. And then there\u2019s the fact that you\u2019re surrounded by absolutely amazing sights<\/a> with the opportunity for the holiday of a lifetime.<\/p>\n

More importantly, Bali is absolutely beautiful<\/a> and its people are unbelievably warm and friendly.<\/p>\n

And if you tire of these picturesque little villages and towns (not sure how this would be the case), you\u2019ve got the likes of bigger cities like Florence to spend time soaking in the sights in.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve mentioned these time and time again on the blog \u2013 the Isles of Scilly<\/a> are like the UK\u2019s very own version of the Caribbean (complete with clear blue waters) and is reachable a mere 30 minutes away from the mainland.<\/p>\n

Arguably, what makes Australia truly special is not its cities but instead its many stunning natural sights. Australians tend to have a brilliant work-life balance tend to the close proximity of its cities to its more natural side and Manly (a suburb of Sydney)<\/a> is a perfect example of this. The only downside of visiting in our summer is that it\u2019s their winter so you might wanna save this trip for the very end of our summer time which is when things start to get really warm down under!<\/p>\n

Honestly, there\u2019s no time of the year where a trip to Singapore<\/a> is not a great idea. Actually, scratch that – September might be the only month to avoid due to the Southeast Asian haze which is when a lot of forest fires and burning of farmland happen in Indonesia which results in haze and smog in cities like Singapore and reduces visibility dramatically. Asides that, Singapore is perfect to visit at anytime of the year as it has a pretty consistent temperature all year round and an amazing array of sights to see, foods to eat and activities to get up to.<\/p>\n

9.) Gocek, Turkey<\/strong><\/p>\n

This quiet part of Turkey<\/a> is home to many stunning resorts and is a brilliant place to have one of the most laidback and picturesque holidays in summer. This is after all what you\u2019ve been working hard all year for. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also one of the safest Caribbean islands to visit so quite frankly, you\u2019re bound to find very few reasons why you shouldn\u2019t start booking that holiday to Barbados already.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also one of the most beautiful to visit<\/a> though it is worth noting, it\u2019s rather expensive here so go armed with \u2018much gold\u2019 if you plan on visiting Bermuda this summer.<\/p>\n
