Jellycat Black Friday sale: nab early deals like the Amuseables Baguette for under £20 from a British retailer

ANYONE who’s ever tried to score a Jellycat bargain on Black Friday will recognise the particular kind of optimism it requires.

The brand has never been one for splashy discounts, and Jellycat’s own website sits out Black Friday altogether.

So when an official stockist moves early, it stands out, and Scribbler, the British card and gift chain, has knocked 30% off a handful of Amuseables more than six weeks before Black Friday even arrives on November 27.

The Amuseables Baguette is probably my pick right now, going for £19.60 instead of £28.

If you’re filling a gap in your collection, or shopping for a Jellycat devotee, these are genuinely bigger cuts than most of last year’s Black Friday offers, when 10 to 20% off was about as much as you could hope for.

Below, I’ve rounded up five deals, what was on offer last year, and other places worth a look as Black Friday edges closer.

Best Jellycat deals LIVE NOW

Jellycat Amuseables Baguette

A plush toy shaped like a baguette with a smiling face and dangling legs, set against a solid yellow background.

Jellycat Amuseables Baguette: £19.60 (was £28)

What’s the deal? £8.40 off brings the Baguette under £20, and at 30% off, it matches the biggest percentage saving Jellycat offered last Black Friday.

Why we love it: At 34cm long, it’s one of the bigger Amuseables for the money, with golden fur, dark cord scores across the crust, matching cord boots and a stitched smile.

It’s suitable from birth and can survive a 30°C wash, so it works as well for a baby as for a grown-up collector.

Jellycat Amuseables Sardine Tin

Two stuffed grey sardines inside an orange and turquoise toy sardine tin that has a cat face and the text "SARDINAS".

Jellycat Amuseables Sardine Tin: £28 (was £40)

What’s the deal? At £12 off, this is the biggest cash saving in the sale, bringing one of the pricier Amuseables under £30.

Why we love it: You’re really getting three toys, as the two soft grey sardines lift out of their bright orange tin and can be played with separately.

The tin is 17cm tall, with a blue lid and an embroidered Jellycat logo, so it stands out more on a shelf than the smaller Amuseables snacks.

Jellycat Amuseables Pair of Olives

Two plush green olives with smiling faces, stems, leaves, and arms holding hands against a light blue background.

Jellycat Amuseables Pair of Olives: £24.50 (was £35)

What’s the deal? £10.50 off a pair that Jellycat still lists at £35 on its own site.

Why we love it: The two olives come in soft olive-green fur with suedette stems and long leaves, and their Velcro hands let them stay together or split up.

If you’re buying for best friends or a couple, I’d be tempted to give one olive each.

Jellycat Amuseables Zapperty Lightning Bolt

A gold, lightning bolt-shaped plush toy with a smiling face and two gold feet against a light blue background.

Jellycat Amuseables Zapperty Lightning Bolt: £24.50 (was £35)

What’s the deal? £10.50 off, bringing it to £24.50.

Why we love it: Not every Amuseable is a snack, and at 24cm tall, Zapperty is a good pick if the person you’re buying for already has a shelf full of Jellycat food.

Jellycat Amuseables Ort & Tum Acorns

Two plush acorns with smiling faces, hanging from a shared branch with a single green leaf.

Jellycat Amuseables Ort & Tum Acorns: £21 (was £30)

What’s the deal? £9 off a seasonal pair, now £21.

Why we love it: Jellycat gives the two acorns very different personalities: Ort is the thrill-seeker who loves classic cars, while Tum prefers classical music, though they still tip their caps in unison.

They’re autumnal without being tied to a single holiday, so they’d suit a birthday parcel just as well as a Christmas stocking.

Shop Jellycat toys at Amazon

Jellycat’s own site didn’t discount anything for Black Friday 2025, which won’t surprise anyone who’s tried to buy one in a hurry.

Temptation Gifts carried most of the savings instead, with the Amuseables Rayray Lantern down to £19.57 from £27.95, a 30% saving.

Bigger buys saw smaller cuts, so the Bashful Unicorn Really Big dropped from £124.95 to £112.46 (a £12.49 saving), while the Bartholomew Bear Decoration fell from £19.99 to £15.99.

Most reductions were on seasonal characters like the Chinese New Year lantern rather than year-round bestsellers.

Amazon also had a handful of Jellycats at lower prices, including the Medium Bashful Green Dragon at £55.88.

Where to shop Jellycat Black Friday sales

If you’re hoping for a discount, the official Jellycat website isn’t the place I’d look, as it sticks to full price all year.

Scribbler, an official Jellycat stockist, has the best savings I’ve found so far, with 30% off the five Amuseables above.

Temptation Gifts, a gift shop chain based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, ran most of last year’s Jellycat deals, so I’d keep an eye on it as Black Friday gets closer.

John Lewis stocks a wide Jellycat range and occasionally includes it in wider sales, though I haven’t spotted any Jellycat price cuts there this year.

Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie also sell selected Jellycats.

Maison White has a small last-chance Jellycat section with up to 25% off, mostly on bags and outfits.

If you’re buying on Amazon or eBay, I’d stick to listings sold by the retailer or an authorised stockist, as counterfeits do turn up on marketplaces.
