The right-hand-drive G9L has rolled off the production line at Xpeng’s Guangzhou plant, with the model set to enter 64 countries and regions.
The 5-seat SUV opened for pre-sales in August, with prices starting at 259,800 yuan ($38,380).
The Xpeng G9L starts at a limited-time price of 231,800 yuan ($34,300) in China, with BEV and EREV options.
Xpeng said the G9L shares core platform technology with the GX and is developed to five-star safety standards of the world’s four major safety assessment bodies.
The G9L features an 88-inch AR-HUD, a 21.4-inch rear infotainment screen and a 9-inch streaming rearview mirror.
The event is set for 7:00 pm Beijing Time (7:00 am ET) on August 11 in Guangzhou, with pre-sales of the large five-seat SUV starting the same day.
