Miraclesuit Meets Luxury With Their New Range

miraclesuit meets luxury

Miraclesuit luxury is a real part of the new range by this designer this season. They have given us one of the most luxurious ranges of shaping swimwear we have seen from them. This designer has always tried to balance the practical with the beautiful. Their recipe is simple. They make shapewear that sculpts your figure with a pattern or print as impressive. But this season they have pulled it out of the bag with something new and novel. They have released new smaller collections as is their typical approach. Scheherazade, Sari Not Sari, Tramonto and others have all got something new to show us. This is what Miraclesuit specialise in. Small ranges of one or two variations on a central theme, with lots of satellite ranges for great variety. Scheherazade Scheherazade is the most detailed and hypnotic of the Miraclesuit luxury designs. The name alone tells you what you are in for with this collection. A fine and rich tribute to the 1001 Arabian Nights and all the folklore of the East. It features an array of inspirations from the region. Motifs from its original Farsi and Arabic origins to the dazzling azure of the Red Sea or the Persian Gulf. It is all present in its hypnotic and stunning beauty. Sari Not Sari Then there is Sari Not Sari, a cheeky name for sure, but a formidable design that we have fallen in love with. In blends three amazing new trends together in one place. Twisting fabric, asymmetry, and sheer panels. All three attract the gaze and powerfully grab your attention. The twists and ruches are slimming all by themselves. The asymmetry makes the range more attention-grabbing and head-turning, a technique used in art and design for centuries. And the sheer panels around the waist do both of the above together. They add something suggestive and sexy to this shaping swimsuit too. Tramonto And then there is Tramonto, a range that does one of our favourite things when it comes to swimsuit design. It blends the natural with the man-made. The name is Spanish for “sunset”, and it is reminiscent of exactly that. And the pattern in the foreground obscures that sunset to create the illusion of foliage. But it uses traditional motifs to do so, giving it a true Pacific Island or Caribbean character. We love the new Miraclesuit luxury shaping swimsuits, and they are some of the most aesthetic pieces from this designer. They are stunning and feminine, one and all, and they are among the best shaping swimwear items right now.

Anita Tankinis, A Perfect Dichotomy

anita tankinis perfect

Anita has one very strong theme emerging in its collection this season. Some of her designs are in two parts. Namely, the Anita tankinis are taking over the range. They’ve divided the two halves of each pattern and created some truly dazzling women’s swimwear. It’s a design dichotomy! This has been a feature with so many of Anita’s designs over the past six months or so. In fact, it’s become a defining characteristic of their work. One of their subtler options, Idella, is pictured above. It has a gorgeous array of gemstone colours right down to the hem of the Anita tankini sets. Then, the briefs transform to solid black, creating that coveted contrast design teams work so hard for. The earthy tones of the brown shapes give the tankini a more grounded feel but the purple and yellow add a wonderful liveliness to Anita’s newest release. The Tarina Tankini An even more noticeable example is the Tarina tankini. The pattern is one that’s been used three or four times this season. Something Anita comfort lingerie and swimwear styles never do. That says a lot about how wonderfully popular these contrasting colours are! Tarina and her sister patterns are all very well loved. And they’re the perfect example of how a heavily detailed and complex pattern can match other stuff. And perhaps even go superbly well with something more restrained. The very best part of any design like this is its visual effect. The black makes the colours look more vibrant and the colours make the black look more timeless. More Stuff From Anita Tankinis This is only a little bit part of what Anita Comfort and the Anita tankinis can offer you. Anita is the brand for comfortable swimwear. Especially for women who want to feel good wearing the right swimsuits and tankinis for their body shape. Anita Comfort its most popular range, as its sizes go up to UK 24 size, with several cup sizes available. Because your size shouldn’t prevent you from wearing beautiful women’s swimsuits! Gottex, Spring/Summer 2014

gottex springsummer 2014

This is easily one of the most exciting times of the year for us at UK Swimwear. Today, we released the brand new Gottex fashion collection, perhaps their very best line up yet. There is everything you can imagine in their offering, with a radically changing set of themes. Where one designer may pick nature, animal prints, abstract, Cyberpunk or some other common thread, Gottex has mastered all of them. Let’s take a look at a few different items from their new offering. Starlet was one of our favourites and a truly unique release in the industry. Gottex have gone after a very popular target with this one; the black and white movie stars of yesteryear. The overall look of the swimsuit is the kind of thing Mae West might have worn and Gottex have trued their very best to capture that elegant and sophisticated pin-up look. The miniature frill gently reminds you of the dress Marilyn Monroe wore when she stepped over that air vent. It’d be hard to get anymore vintage than this. Jasmin is a fine example of Gottex’s skilful use of time and era. This design looks ancient and futuristic all at once. It has the motifs and hidden features of some kind of Mayan structure and yet the balance of pink and green put in squarely in the Cyberpunk category of design. A truly versatile number. The name should give it away. Cote D’Ivoire combines everything that is beautiful and mysterious about the history of Africa and distils it into one gorgeous design. The complex and intricate design Gottex has used is based on the traditional tribal designs of Africa. Like the full-length cowhide shields or the face paint of some of the mysterious peoples of the Dark Continent. An intriguing design. There is nothing like animal print. The designs that use animal prints have something unique about them. They never need to alter the pattern or colours themselves. No interference is necessary, nothing needs to be altered. This one is no different, it is beautiful all by itself. There is so much to see in Gottex’s new range and with their famous level of quality and longevity, that beauty can be enjoyed for years to come. This is by no means an exhaustive list of their works, so if you’d like to see more, click here and enjoy.

all new swimwear

Created by Miraclesuit, you can imagine how successful this swimwear brand is being until date. Why not take a close look at our recent about Amoressa swimsuits? Seaspray Swimsuits Seaspray shouldn’t be on this list of new swimwear brands, because this brand was born two decades ago. However, it’s the first time we stock it, though. When we knew about their tall range, there was no way back. If you are a tall person, you surely have experienced this before: You fall in love with a swimsuit. You try it and, surprise, size is perfect, apart from the length. You feel like your straps are pushing you down. Maybe there’s an underbust seam that should be one inch higher. Then, you try wearing a size bigger and, yes, you guessed it, it’s too big. Thankfully, Seaspray has developed a range of swimsuits for tall people, which have brought joy to many tall women out there. One of Seaspray’s top fans was Emma Thompson. The actress, who is 6′ (1.83 m) was so impressed with the great fitting of Seaspray, that she wrote a thanks note to the designers. If you tall, too, you should give Seaspray swimsuits a try, too! Kiwi beach bags Kiwi beachwear is a French-born brand of beach essentials. We have received a small selection of Kiwi beach bags only a few days ago, but we are soon to receive more beachwear beauties. Kiwi beach bags are designed with the care and work only luxury items have. At the same time, they follow the top trends of the moment, this is, tassels, Aztec prints, etc. If you are not into ethnic-inspired beach bags, maybe the nautical style in other Kiwi beach bags will be your cup of tea. Wolford beachwear Do you follow the blogs of our sister sites (this is, UK Tights and UK Lingerie)? If so, you must be a total expert of Wolford. If you’re new to this brand, you should know that Wolford is one of the top brands of luxury undergarments in the World. Based in Austria, Wolford is the favourite of the Kardashians/Jenner clan, as well as a long list of Hollywood stars. Minimalism is key for Wolford. Wolford beachwear isn’t the exception. The Wolford sun dress above can be worn as a kaftan, a strapless dress or a pareo. Aspiga beachwear OK, you caught us. Aspiga isn’t exactly one of our newest swimwear brands. However, we stocked it on Easter 2017, so technically it’s a new brand in Spring Summer 2018. Jokes apart, Aspiga beachwear is one of those brands you cannot miss in 2018. The reasons are well-explained in this post we wrote a few months ago, so go and check it! What To Wear Over A Bikini?

wear over bikini

Picture this: you are at the beach somewhere in the coast of Greece or Italy and it’s getting hotter and hotter by the moment. You don’t want to get sun burns, so you need something to cover your shoulders and back. Maybe your arms, too. A sun hat is your friend, but sometimes you need some beachwear to wear over a bikini or swimsuit and protect your pale skin.  Or, maybe, you are lucky to be enjoying a cruise. You want to relax, cocktail in hand, getting some Vitamin Sea in your body, but it turns out to be one of those windy days. We’ve all been there and, yes, you sometimes need of the help of a maxi pareo or a good beach cover up.  We want to help you find the best piece of beachwear and the best accessories to wear over a bikini. Keep reading! Wear a kaftan over a bikini, just like celebs do! You must have noticed most celebrities get photographed wearing kaftans or beach cover-ups. That can’t be a coincidence! Wearing a kaftan over a bikini is a great idea. Even more, if you pick one of our stunning Forever Unique kaftans. Kaftans are ideal to walk from the beach to the bar, to look ideal while enjoying a drink with the friends in one of those little Boho-inspired bars near the pool or to match with some denim clothes to go out. Yes, you can totally go out at night with the right beach kaftan… or the right dress!  A kaftan with a plunging neckline is ideal to wear over a bikini, as you can see the bikini top through the neckline. You can wear matching items or contrast them (e.g. a golden kaftan over a white bikini).  A floral multi-coloured kaftan is always ideal, especially if it’s see-through and loose. All eyes on you!  A plain see-through shirt dress is an easy option, but it doesn’t mean that you always have to go for the difficult option. A style like this is the kind of beachwear both mothers and daughters can wear.  Or pick a gorgeous beach cover-up! If you are all about showing off your designer swimwear, you need one of these maxi beach cover-ups! The more beautiful, the better! After all, you only go on holiday once a year and you need to holiday the proper way! If you just settle for the best, check out this spectacular silk beach cover-up. There’s nothing like the feel of skin against your golden skin! Trend Alert: Kimonos are hot!  We’ve talked about this in the past. The kimono is one of those garments that has moved from the lingerie world to the swimwear one. Kimonos have been hot in fashion for a couple of years and it looks like they’ll stay in fashion for a long time. We couldn’t be happier about this, as kimonos look stunning over your bikini, especially if you colour-match them or you wear lovely prints.  You need to pack a pareo, obvs! A holiday outfit is never complete without the right pareo. Size matters when you’re buying a pareo: the larger the pareo, the better. The fabric is really important, too. Luxury pareos are usually made of silk. Gottex has some insanely beautiful 100% silk pareos matching all their main swimwear collections. A great investment for all fans of the luxury. Is it OK to wear jewellery over a bikini?  Not only it’s OK to wear jewellery over a bikini, but it’s actually a huge trend at the moment. We have lovely Pia Rossini jewellery and accessories to match your holiday outfits and they are total life-savers, especially if you are travelling with little baggage. For example, you can wear the same neckline over your swimwear, with matching bracelets, in the day, by the pool or at the beach. At night, you can swap into your summer dress and wear it again with a matching bag. What do you think of our tips to look like a celebrity next time you go on holiday? What do you usually wear over a bikini when you go away?
