Sources told TMZ he was raced out of FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey at 1am local time on Saturday.

He was then taken back to prison grounds before sunrise the same day, the sources added.

It is still unclear how Combs injured his head.

The report comes following a turbulent few months for the disgraced music producer.

In July he was reportedly caught up in a brawl with another inmate.

And more recently he was put in a special housing unit following claims he was enjoying a lavish lifestyle behind bars.

Reports said the shamed rapper was getting massages, alcohol, and using a mobile phone to look at nude photos.

Combs also had his prison time cut again in September.

He was due to be let out on May 8, 2028, under his initial sentencing terms but his final day behind bars has now been moved to January 21, 2028.

The former hip-hop star was sentenced to 50 gruelling months in FCI Fort Dix prison last year on two charges related to prostitution.

The infamous Bad Boy Records founder was acquitted on more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Reports of Combs’ high life behind bars included claims he had access to a cellphone, alcohol, and people who catered to his every need, according to NBC News.

He reportedly spent thousands of dollars per month to fund his life of luxury in the slammer, four men who served time alongside him told the outlet.

Multiple sources claimed he looked at nude and sexual photos on his smuggled phones from an old girlfriend.

He also allegedly owned a “jailbroken” tablet he used to watch movies, including the Netflix series about him, “Sean Combs: The Reckoning”, sources said.

The notorious artist also paid other inmates for their prescription medication, the sources claimed.
