Sharing that Greg‘s punishment for being late was to be named and shamed, the BBC penned this cheeky public notice: “UNOFFICIAL STATEMENT. It has come to our attention that an individual employed by Radio 1 was 38 minutes late to work this morning.

“This is a matter we take very seriously, and to deal with this we have decided to bring back good old fashioned public shaming.

They signed off the hilarious post with: “THIS IS LITERALLY JUST FOR A LAFF!”

In the next slide, Greg could be seen pulling a sad face and holding a piece of card which read: “Sorry I was 38 minutes late.”
