BRIGHTON dismantled fierce rivals Crystal Palace at the Amex to push themselves to second in the Premier League table.
The Seagulls put five past the visitors – including three in the opening ten minutes – to declare themselves a force to be reckoned with this campaign.

The pick of the bunch was Diego Gomez’s strike from the halfway line, which flew over the outstretched palm of keeper Walter Benitez and into the net for Brighton’s second.
Yasin Ayari, Charalampos Kostoulas and Jack Hinshelwood all made their marks on the scoresheet, with the scoring frenzy kicked off by a fourth-minute own goal from Palace defender Jaydee Canvot.
