JAMIE GITTENS will be sent back to Chelsea after limping away in crutches from England’s 4-2 win over Kazakhstan.
The Stamford Bridge winger suffered an ankle injury and was replaced by former club team-mate Tyrique George in the 39th minute at Molineux.

England were leading 2-1 when he was subbed off before the visitors equalised through Saif Popov on 43 minutes.
Boss Lee Carsley confirmed that Gittens will be sent back to Chelsea for tests to avoid further injury.
Gittens will be ruled out of the Young Lions’ final two qualifying games against Slovakia and the Republic of Ireland.
England need a point against Slovakia in Stoke next Friday to book a spot at Euro 2027.
Carsley said: “Jamie got a kick on his ankle. We never take any risks.
“With the age of these players we don’t ever keep them in camp to see how they are. He will go back.”
Gittens was a £48million signing for Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund last year.
However, he has struggled to impress since arriving at Stamford Bridge.
