A CELEBRITY Traitors star has spilled an unusual rule on the show which made it difficult for him to go to the bathroom.
The star revealed the secret during an interview on BBC Radio 1, and the clip has since been reposted to Reddit.
Sitting behind a mic, Joe Lycett pulled out a diary he wrote in during his time on the show.
In the pages he jotted down notes about all sorts, including his struggles with going to the loo.
Speaking about the journal he said: “Most of it is about how I had to hold in farts.
“There were people in the toilet all the time in case you went in the loo and then shouted something out of the door to somebody and they couldn’t use it in the show.
“I don’t know about you but if I’ve had a [curry] I do not want a TV producer stood outside that loo!”
Joe cracked up while reading part of a diary entry out loud where he said “can’t p**s!”
Joe is a contestant on the second season of The Celebrity Traitors.
Ahead of his time on the popular reality TV programme, Joe and another cast member broke a huge rule.
He wasn’t supposed to tell anyone that he was going to enter the castle but described telling everyone including his Uber driver.
Chatting to Fleur East and Will Best on Hits Radio Breakfast Show, he said: “We weren’t meant to ask people if they were doing it, you sign the NDA and they say don’t tell anyone you’re doing it.
“But if you search the word ‘traitors’ in my WhatsApp I told everyone!
“I was telling Uber drivers; I was telling everyone.”
Season 2 of Celebrity Traitors airs on BBC One on October 1.
