[Walang Pasok] Class suspensions, Thursday, September 10, 2026

MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang suspended face-to-face classes in all levels for public and private schools in Metro Manila and 13 provinces for Thursday, September 10, as heavy rain from the southwest monsoon or habagat is expected to persist.

The provinces included in the Palace order are La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro.

Government offices in Metro Manila and the 13 provinces were also told to implement alternative work arrangements.

Below are separate announcements from local government units.

Central Luzon
  • Bulacan
    • Baliwag City – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
    • Calumpit – all levels (public and private)
    • Hagonoy – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
  • Pampanga
    • Candaba – face-to-face classes in select schools (San Agustin Elementary School, Lanang Elementary School, Lanang High School, Pasig High School, Pampanga State University)
    • Masantol – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
    • San Fernando City – face-to-face classes in all levels (public), until Saturday, September 12
    • San Simon – all levels (public and private), until Friday, September 11, except Concepcion Integrated School
    • Santo Tomas – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private), until Saturday, September 12
  • Zambales
    • Botolan – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
    • Palauig – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
Ilocos Region
  • Pangasinan
    • Calasiao – face-to-face classes in all levels (public and private)
  • Dagupan City – all levels (public and private)
