How to delay jail detention: Martin Romualdez edition
MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Ombudsman charged former House speaker Martin Romualdez with plunder on September 7 due to the flood control scam.
But before the authorities could serve his arrest warrant, he had already checked himself into a hospital.
His arrest has been carried out but he remains, as of this posting, in hospital.
