A Look at 2025 BaT Photo Gallery of the Year—Fantuzzi Maserati 200SI

WINNER’S ANNOUNCEMENT:

You showed up in droves to pick the 2025 Photo Gallery of the Year, and now we’re ready to announce our winner! The three finalists gave us some incredible scenery to enjoy, whether land, sea, or air. It’s worth noting that all of them are beautifully finished in shades of red, as well. We didn’t plan it that way! But let’s get on with it—the 2025 winner for Photo Gallery of the year is the stunning Maserati 200SI listed by @FantasyJunction!

Many commenters noted that the coastline photography perfectly complimented the lines of the trident-wielding Maser, and we certainly agree. The photo gallery also showcased the car in a woodland setting too, for a nice bit of variety. Well done!

Although it didn’t meet its reserve back in November 2025, this Maserati is certainly deserving of the spotlight. Congratulations, FantasyJunction! We’ve received some outstanding picks for your top photo gallery of 2025! This year, four finalists tied for second and third place. So we looked to the thumbs to help us choose, and once again included a staff favorite (that happened to be mentioned as an alternate by @CarDogThreePedals) as our third finalist—the Grumman AA-1A Trainer!

1957 Maserati 200SI by Fantuzzi

Save for the race track, a long sunset drive by the sea is exactly where we’d want to experience this strikingly beautiful Maserati 200SI from @FantasyJunction.

54-Years-Family-Owned 1959 Porsche 356A Convertible D

The well-manicured but woodsy scenery perfectly sets off this 356A Convertible D listed by @nweuro, and the rest of gallery is just as worthy.

1972 Grumman AA-1A Trainer

We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again: this is certainly the prettiest Grumman we’ve listed, and the Manhattan fly-over shots perfectly capture the joys of light aviation. Besides being an aerophile, @spark1 is also a passionate photographer—these air-to-air shots of Lil’ Red are proof of that.

Somehow, the photo galleries in BaT listings seem to get better every year, and it’s easy to lose time perusing the hundreds of images that accompany many vehicles on the site. Talented photographers continue to up the ante, ensuring transparent presentation, while elevating vehicular imagery into art. Over 49,000 vehicles were listed on the site in 2025, and of those, this award salutes the galleries of the highest caliber.

Last year, the full-size Chaparral 2E display model belonging to Ruxton earned the most votes from the BaT community. This year, the competition is as fierce as ever!

Here’s the F_Tundra Estate Collection, Offered at No Reserve by Private Collection Motors

This collection of 11 cars and one truck comes to us courtesy of longtime BaT seller Private Collection Motors, who is representing them on behalf of the estate of F_Tundra. All but two are BaT alumni, and together make up but a fraction of the 58 auctions that F_Tundra won here in his nine years as a BaT member. This eclectic group of vehicles includes models from Germany, Italy, the UK, and the US covering the years 1954 to 2000. As part of the collection, some have sat idle and may be in need of sorting—we’ll note that in the individual listings where applicable. F_Tundra will certainly be missed, but we’re honored that the seller has brought this selection of cars back to rehome them with other members of the BaT community by selling them at no reserve.

Understanding the Red Collection, from RS Autohaus

BaT Local Partner RS Autohaus in Glen Cove, New York, presents this collection of nine speedy road cars unified by their red bodywork. Among the bunch are low-mileage examples of crowd-pleasing Porsches like a sub-1,000-mile 997 Turbo Coupe and a sub-2,000-mile 992 GT3 Touring, as well as two mid-engine V8-powered Ferraris in Rosso Corsa. The wildcard here is a Ford Focus Saleen N2O, the only car model ever equipped with a nitrous oxide kit from the factory. Bringing it back down to Earth is a a nicely-equipped Signal Red R129 500SL from 1993.
