Mitsubishi has revealed the fifth-generation Pajero, marking a comeback for the SUV after it was discontinued globally in 2021. It is built on a ladder-frame chassis like the older Pajeros, and is offered with a 2.4-litre diesel engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive (4WD) system. It is around 5 metres long and has a 2,870mm wheelbase. Its exterior design has been revamped and modernised, but the upright stance has been retained. The interior looks clean and premium, with dual displays, leatherette upholstery on the 7 seats and all the major touchpoints of the SUV.
