“I bought this car intending to enjoy driving it, and I did. I’ve owned this Viper since April 2000 and have kept it longer than any other car I’ve owned. It has spent its life just south of Houston. I’ve enjoyed it enormously over the past 26 years, including four driving schools and 5-6 autocross events. I’m selling it because I’m almost 70 and the Viper has become harder for me to get in and out of and to drive without pain (2 surgeries on the ball of my left foot). I hope its next owner…”

“Welcome to my first BaT listing! You might be surprised to see it’s a Dart, not a Valiant, but I have a thing for all A-body Mopars. I’m listing this cool Dart for a friend as I suggested putting it on BaT and he is not as familiar with the way it goes.
I’ve known the car for some years and from the first time I saw it have been admiring the details and workmanship. The owner/builder is a talented fabricator, machinist and welder. Anyone who has seen my comments here probably realizes I…”

“The childhood memories are strong with this one! GM Design did an excellent job of evolving the colonnade coupes for Buick and Oldsmobile toward the sheer look that began with the ’75 Seville. The Cutlass was the best selling car in the USA in 1976 with nearly 500K units produced. A neighbor had one in this color with bucket seats and I was thrilled to get a ride now and then. This interior is bonkers peak ’70s — I thought the “geometric weave” loose pillow luxe upholstery was only available…”

“I’ve seen these cars in person when they were new at Straman’s over next to the Orange County Airport. The workmanship is superb. No one believes me when I say that there was a convertible CRX.
More importantly than that, no one believes there was EVER a teddy bear wheel made for any car – and I’ve told stories about them on a Volkswagen Cabriolet I once had. I have only ever seen ONE at a tire dealer. Never a complete set.
This car embodies every story I’ve ever told about cars made of…”

I quickly installed the Mopar Performance logic module and after getting the timing dialed in and an AutoMeter boost gauge installed, I was even more ready to “Go Like Hell.” So, one Friday evening in the spring, I was laying down rubber in first and second gear at each stop.

My auto on back roads, 2nd gear could go from about 25 mph to 70 mph. Often with a group of other 02s, I would be pushing the car in front of me that was modified. Third, the auto works while you find that 5 speed that is wider than a 4 speed and what else is wider? The tunnel in an automatic. No hammer needed for installation.
