A BRITISH supermarket has unveiled its price list for pumpkins this Halloween – and they’re half the price of Sainsbury’s.
The retailer has squashed the price of the spooky decoration this year with huge savings available for shoppers.

Starting from today, shoppers can grab a full-size pumpkin at Aldi for just 55p.
It means customers can save 60p when compared with similar pumpkins at Sainsbury’s, which are being sold for £1.15.
This represents a saving to Aldi customers of 52%.
When the price of Aldi’s pumpkins is compared with other supermarkets, there are even bigger savings to be had.
For example. Aldi is selling extra large pumpkins for just £2.39.
Customers who shop at Waitrose will have to fork out £3.50 for a similar product.
Meanwhile, carving pumpkins are being sold at Aldi for £1.69, while Tesco is charging £2.
Aldi is also selling munchkin pumpkins for 39p. The same product at M&S will cost you £1.25.
A spokesperson for the budget store said: “With Halloween right around the corner and spooky season in full gear, Aldi is selling the cheapest pumpkins around – starting from 39p.
“Whether it’s for a delicious pumpkin soup, homemade pumpkin spice cake, or carving jack-o-lanterns, Aldi has got shoppers covered with their extensive 100% British pumpkin range.”
