LITTLE Britain could be in line for a reboot — as audiences hanker after edgy old school comedy and youngsters discover the show online.
Comics Matt Lucas and David Walliams have signalled a possible return by reviving Little Britain Ltd, the company behind the sketch show.

It had been dormant since the last series ended in 2006 after a three-year run that saw it become one of the UK’s most-watched shows.
It is not known if classic creations such as chav teen Vicky Pollard — known for her “Yeah, but, no, but” catchphrase — or Lou and Andy would return, or if new characters would appear instead.
A TV insider said: “Little Britain isn’t just one of the most popular shows, it’s also one of the most controversial.
“So it’s unlikely to be returning to BBC One or one of the other main channels.
“It’s much more likely to end up going to one of the streamers who are making braver decisions.”
Netflix, in particular, is seen as the home of anti-woke shows and artists, including Ricky Gervais.
It is also developing The Inbetweeners with a third movie. And Sacha Baron Cohen is bringing back Ali G.
Matt and David have confirmed they are working on a new comedy project together but have not said what it is or when it will be broadcast.
David recently revealed his son Alfred, 13, had told him his pals were obsessed with old Little Britain clips and shared them around the playground.
He said: “Everyone at his school is talking about it.
“People are sharing on TikTok.
“It’s a whole new generation discovering it.
“I think those social media things are great for one or two minute clips.”
On YouTube one Little Britain sketch, starring “Computer says No” receptionist Carol Beer has been watched 5.2million times.
