Cloud computing is a term that has been around for quite some time now. However, the concept behind cloud computing hasn’t really changed much over the years. Basically, cloud computing refers to any computer services that can be accessed remotely via the internet. The main difference between traditional computing and cloud computing is that, with cloud computing, you access data storage and other resources from remote servers rather than accessing them locally.

If you think about what most people do online, there is a good chance that they will interact with various types of web-based applications. These applications can be hosted in the cloud, which means that you don’t need to install them on your own system. Instead, you simply connect to their server. So, when you log onto Facebook, Twitter, or Google Maps, you are probably interacting with a web application hosted in the cloud.

There is a wide variety of things that you can do using the cloud, including storing files, sharing content, connecting to social media, etc.
