Turnkey landscape design respects a simple fact: you have other things to do. The garden should restore, not request. When the work is finished, the only remaining task is to walk outside and sit down.
Who We Are
We are a team of four—two designers, two builders—who share one rule: never leave a site looking worse than when we arrived. Our approach is to design for the seventh year, not the seventh day. We value quiet competence over flashy portfolios. Our expertise is in solving hidden problems (bad drainage, compacted soil, invasive roots) before they become your problems. Our commitment is to communicate clearly, invoice honestly, and clean up completely.
What We Offer
A single agreement covering landscape planning, permits, site preparation, construction, and planting. We offer three service levels: Essential (functional layout, basic planting, one hardscape feature), Complete (multiple terraces, full irrigation, diverse planting), and Extended (including outdoor kitchen base, fire pit, and winter structure). Unique properties include our seasonal adjustment visit—we return three months after planting to move, add, or replace any plant that is struggling. No extra charge.
When It’s Useful
-
The garden is too small to be complicated but too important to ignore.
-
You need to create play space for young children without sacrificing adult seating areas.
-
A rental property requires an attractive, nearly zero-maintenance outdoor area.
-
You have a specific vision but no time to coordinate contractors.
-
The neighbour’s garden drains into yours, and you need a permanent solution.
Why Choose Us
Because we do not disappear after the cheque clears. Because we show you soil tests before we start. Because we write down every plant name and placement so you never have to guess. Other firms sell you a dream. We sell you a reliable sequence of actions—and then we perform them. No upselling during the project. No surprises.
