As the sun sets, families can come together and savor fresh oysters, sea and river prawns, hand-cut sushi and sashimi, steamed giant sea bass, roasted Australian beef, lamb rump, crispy pork belly, an enticing array of Thai and international favorites, and sweet treats – all accompanied with live music and fun activities for kids.

Southern Thailand is a haven of fresh seafood, and guests can discover these delights with a spectacular culinary celebration! Staged at Amber Kitchen every Saturday throughout August, the BBQ & Crab Festival will present the catch of the day in a choice of styles, as part of a bountiful buffet dinner.
Highlights include fresh king crab, snow crab, blue crab, rock lobster and river prawns, all served on ice, plus Singaporean chili crab, roasted Australian wagyu beef, crispy pork, and a wide range of dishes from across Thailand and around the world. Every evening can end on a sweet note with a selection of delectable desserts.
