Hua Hin plans new seven-storey municipal office
Hua Hin Municipality is moving ahead with plans for a new seven-storey municipal office designed to improve public services and provide additional space for local government departments.
The building will be constructed behind the existing municipal offices and will accommodate the Office of the Municipal Clerk and other departments.
Hua Hin City Clerk Jirawat Phrommanee chaired a progress meeting on 21 July to review the design and development of the project.

The municipality previously opened a public tender to appoint a company to design the building under Design Contract Notice No. 58/2026, dated 18 May.
Advance Consultant and Design Co., Ltd. was selected as the successful bidder.
During the meeting, officials and project representatives discussed the proposed design and the operational requirements of the departments that will use the building.
The new Hua Hin municipal office is intended to provide a modern, accessible and safe working environment for municipal staff, while helping the authority deliver services more efficiently to residents.
Mr Jirawat instructed those involved to ensure that the design and construction process complies with legal requirements, government regulations and recognised engineering standards.
