Zainab Raja makes serious allegations about Tamasha

Tamasha has become one of Pakistan’s most popular reality television shows since its launch on ARY Digital in 2022. Based on the format of Big Brother, the show brings celebrities and public figures together under one roof, where they compete in a variety of tasks while dealing with interpersonal conflicts, alliances and eliminations. After four successful seasons between 2022 and 2025, the fifth season is currently attracting considerable attention from viewers. The ongoing season has introduced several contestants who have quickly gained popularity among fans. Babrik Shah, Zee Khan, Laila, Samia Hijab and Esra are among the contestants who have emerged as prominent players this year. Tamasha Season 4, which aired last year, also received widespread attention. The season featured contestants including Saif Ali Khan, Muslim, Ommy, Zainab Raja, Kanwal Farooq and Yaseen. Zainab Raja, in particular, became known for her strong presence and performance during the competition. Following her appearance on the show, Zainab has remained active on social media, regularly sharing videos, opinions and updates with her followers. In a series of recent Instagram stories, she made several serious allegations concerning the reality show and claimed that certain aspects of the competition were not as they appeared on television. Zainab alleged that Tamasha was scripted and claimed that winners could be decided before the conclusion of a season. She also accused the show of providing preferential treatment to certain contestants. Among her most notable claims, Zainab alleged that one of the popular male contestants had been married and had two children while presenting himself as unmarried during his participation in the show. She claimed that contestants inside the house were aware of his marital status and that he eventually became one of the Top 5 contestants. However, she did not publicly name the contestant in her statements. Zainab also claimed that her comments about the show being scripted were edited from the broadcast. According to her, she directly told host Adnan Siddiqui, “Scripted hai aapka show,” but alleged that viewers were shown only her facial expressions while her actual response was removed from the final episode. She further claimed that contestants were not permitted to reveal certain details about what happened behind the scenes. The former contestant also raised questions about promotional activities surrounding the show. She claimed that public relations campaigns were carried out for contestants who eventually won or performed strongly in different seasons. Zainab suggested that software operators could be consulted to determine which contestants received promotional support and argued that several participants had benefited from such campaigns. Another issue she highlighted concerned the treatment of male contestants inside the house. Zainab alleged that male participants were permitted to leave the house to offer Friday prayers and were also given opportunities to communicate with their families through phone calls. She described what she considered differences in privileges as unfair treatment. Zainab’s allegations have generated discussion among fans of the reality show. However, the claims remain allegations made by the former contestant, and there has been no independent confirmation of the specific accusations mentioned in her social media posts. Tamasha continues to attract strong public interest, with viewers closely following the contestants, their relationships and the developments taking place inside the house.

Pakistan’s Saqib and Jawad punch their way into GAMMA MMA finals

Pakistan has two fighters through to the finals of the GAMMA Asian MMA Championship 2026. Muhammad Saqib and Muhammad Jawad both delivered strong performances on Wednesday to book their places in the title matches of their respective weight categories. The event, formally known as the 2nd GAMMA Asian MMA Championships, is currently underway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It runs from July 28 through August 2, 2026. The tournament is organized by the Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts and brings together elite fighters from across the continent, spanning both youth and senior divisions, all competing for gold. Getting to the finals was not easy. Both Pakistani athletes had to get past tough opponents from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in earlier rounds. They did so by showing sharp technical skill, real determination, and a fighting spirit that stood out throughout the competition. Saqib will step into the Under-18 category final, where he will face a fighter from Kazakhstan. Jawad, meanwhile, has his own final lined up in the Under-16 category, also against a Kazakh opponent. This is not a new territory for Saqib, either. He already has an impressive résumé, having won gold at the GAMMA World MMA Championship back in 2024, along with several other international successes representing Pakistan. Their progress has not gone unnoticed back home. Zulfiqar Ali, who heads the Pakistan Mixed Martial Arts Federation, spoke highly of both fighters following their wins. He said the federation feels genuine pride in watching these young athletes compete, and he extended that praise to their coaches and the broader national team as well. According to Ali, both Saqib and Jawad have represented Pakistan with serious dedication. He pointed to their training and mental toughness as key reasons for their success so far in the tournament. He didn’t stop there, either. Ali went on to wish both fighters well ahead of their upcoming final bouts, saying the whole country would be cheering them on. He added that he expects both athletes to carry the same energy and focus into their finals that got them this far. Ali said he is confident they will continue performing at a high level, and that a strong showing could mean even more glory for Pakistan on the international stage.

UK lawmaker seeks court order against Grok over fake sexualised images

LONDON: A British lawmaker has asked a London High Court to order Elon Musk’s xAI to prevent its Grok chatbot from generating manipulated sexualised images of her without consent. Labour lawmaker Jess Asato filed the case against xAI, alleging misuse of private information and breaches of data protection laws. She is seeking permanent technical measures that would stop Grok from producing altered images of her. Asato said fake content featuring her had been created after she publicly criticised Musk and Grok. She previously said one manipulated video depicted her being drugged and prepared for a sexual assault. Her lawyers argue that the design and training of Grok enabled users to generate sexualised material involving real people. They say the case could have wider implications for artificial intelligence developers and the way privacy and data protection laws apply to AI platforms. Court documents cited by Asato’s legal team reportedly refer to internal instructions given to Grok. Her lawyers claim the system contained safeguards against assisting users involved in criminal activity but had fewer restrictions concerning adult sexual and offensive content. Asato’s lawyer, Ravi Naik, argued that the platform’s behaviour reflected decisions made by its developers. He said those decisions should have legal consequences if the system fails to comply with privacy and data protection requirements. The lawsuit comes amid growing international criticism over AI-generated sexualised images. Critics have raised concerns that such technology can be used to create non-consensual material involving women and other individuals without their knowledge. xAI previously introduced restrictions on image editing in Grok. The company said it had blocked certain requests involving people in revealing clothing where such content was illegal. However, subsequent investigations found that the safeguards did not always prevent users from generating sexualised images of people, including when users indicated that the subjects had not given consent. The controversy has also triggered legal action in other jurisdictions. Baltimore filed a lawsuit against xAI over allegedly manipulated sexualised images generated using Grok. Other cases have also emerged in the United States and the Netherlands. Grok is available through Musk’s social media platform X. The AI chatbot has faced regulatory scrutiny in several countries over its image-generation capabilities. Asato’s case could therefore become an important test of whether AI companies can be held legally responsible for harmful manipulated content generated by their systems. xAI had not immediately responded to requests for comment on the allegations. The company had also not filed a response to the lawsuit at the time of the report.
