Singer Zeb Bangash has officially confirmed that Pakistan Idol is returning to complete its long-awaited second season, delighting fans who had been waiting for updates after production was unexpectedly paused earlier this year.
The announcement came through Bangash’s Instagram Stories, where she shared a glimpse of the show’s return by posting a screenshot from a behind-the-scenes video of herself preparing for filming. She also uploaded photos featuring fellow judges and contestants, signalling that production is once again in full swing.
Expressing her excitement, Bangash thanked viewers for their continued support and patience throughout the delay. “Our Pakistan Idol bulbuls are back and so are we. Coming soon to you all! Thank you all for the love and for missing us so much! We missed you too,” she wrote, hinting that audiences will not have to wait much longer before the popular singing competition returns to television.
