Public can now view CCTV cameras in Hua Hin in real time

Residents and visitors can now view CCTV cameras in Hua Hin in real time, with Hua Hin City Municipality launching public access to live traffic footage along Phetkasem Road.

The initiative allows users to monitor key sections of one of the town’s busiest routes, including major intersections, traffic flows and other important locations. Officials say the move is intended to improve transparency and provide a useful tool for motorists planning their journeys.

Hua Hin City Municipality has installed a network of 493 CCTV cameras across the area. At present, public access is limited to cameras positioned along Phetkasem Road, which runs through the centre of Hua Hin and serves as a main transport corridor for both local and through traffic.

Live footage can be accessed via an online platform provided by the municipality, enabling users to check current road conditions in real time.
