Oura Ring 4 is back to its incredible £199 price for Prime Day
50% off
Oura Ring 4 returns to all-time low
Now starting at £199
As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Amazon’s October Prime Day (officially ‘Prime Big Deal Days’) is well underway. And there are some brilliant bargains if you know where to look.
If you’ve been looking for a sleek way of tracking your health and fitness, then this outstanding offer on the Oura Ring 4 is for you.
Right now, you can buy the Oura Ring 4 for just £199.99, marking a massive 50% reduction on the tracker’s original price. This is the lowest price ever seen on Amazon for the device, and a bona fide bargain.
However, it’s worth noting that colour availability varies between sizes, so you might not be able to get the colour you want in the size you need, but plenty still have very good discounts.
There are even bigger savings to be found on the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic Edition, which is a whopping 48% off. It’s now £229, down from £499! The deal is available in all colours and sizes while stocks last, and it’s the lowest price it’s ever been.
These deals are in the Prime Day sale, so they require a Prime membership and end tomorrow at 11.59pm (7 October). However, they may be gone sooner if the stock runs out.
What the Oura Ring 4 has to offer
For those not in the know, the best smart rings provide a far sleeker and more fashion-first approach to the world of fitness tracking compared to traditional wrist-based wearables.
These minuscule devices look like pieces of jewellery to the untrained eye, and until it was supplanted by the newer (albeit very similar) Oura Ring 5, the Ring 4 was the cream of the crop.

Mike Sawh
In our 4.5-star review for the ring, expert tester Mike Sawh detailed: “Sleep tracking is still a strength for Oura and remains one of the biggest reasons to buy this ring. When I compared core sleep data like total sleep, resting heart rate and sleep stage breakdowns with the Samsung Galaxy Ring and Garmin’s, the data looked strong, reliable and insightful.”
Much like other screenless fitness trackers such as the Whoop Strap and the Fitbit Air, the Oura Ring 4 is centred around documenting your exertion throughout the day and calculating the amount of rest you need in order to perform at your best the following day.
Not only does this make the Oura Ring 4 a great tracker in its own right, but it also works well in addition to a regular fitness tracker, covering your sleep in greater detail than the average smartwatch.
Plus, unlike most fitness trackers, this is a fashionable piece of tech that’s designed to be worn in practically every scenario, so it won’t look out of place at a dinner party in a way that more sport-focused Garmin watches might.

If you’re on the fence between getting Oura Ring 4 or its newer successor, bear in mind that beyond a slimming down of the overall frame and an upgrade on the sensors used by the device, the Oura Ring 5 and the Ring 4 share the same core features, so unless you’re dead set on having a sleeker build, the previous-gen pick is a better value buy.
The Ring 4 Ceramic Edition is more expensive, but you might prefer its style, which is also more durable and less prone to scratches. We called it “almost perfect” in our testing.
Why it’s a good deal
As we mentioned before, the Oura Ring 4 isn’t regularly on sale, and you can see as much via price history trackers like CamelCamelCamel and Keepa. These lowest-ever prices on certain models and colours are not to be missed unless you must have the Ring 5’s smaller design.
Although it’s not a non-negotiable subscription like with the Whoop Strap, the Oura Ring 4 does steer its users towards having an active Oura membership, which costs £5.99/$5.99 a month. While it is an extra cost to contend with, we do recommend keeping a membership going as it’ll help you to make the most of the Oura Ring 4 in the long run, giving you the best chance of making healthier choices based on the data collected.
With the membership in mind, any chance to save on the upfront cost of the Oura Ring 4 is worth shouting about, so if you’re in the market for a fashionable fitness tracker that isn’t too bulky, then this is the deal for you.
