“Long ago,(Y2Kish) my parents owned a small apt complex where a 85 year old lady was a long time tenant. She had a Fairlane almost identical to this, but a coupe, with an automatic. And she patronized a muffler shop with a sense of humor. I hope they didn’t charge her too much for making it sound almost exactly like a GT350. Braaaap!
The dog dish hubcaps found both here and on Mrs. Nitzkowski’s Fairlane reminded me of her Humane Society bumper sticker. “It’s OK if my dog is driving.…”

“Had this exact car, one of my favorite cars of all time. Nothing like a big sedan that runs like a hot rod. And these cars do. Not sure how they gear them or what is done to them.
