He would pull in for gas, 27 gallon tank. My first car was a Topaz Yellow ‘76 GL 4 door with 90k miles that I bought in 1980 from my local Saab dealership, Reinertsen Motors. It was $3000, but I traded in my 1 year old Motobecane moped, so net cash was $2400 (plus tax).
