Hua Hin water supply sufficient, officials say
Hua Hin officials have reassured residents that the city’s water supply remains sufficient following an inspection of Hua Na Reservoir on Wednesday, 15 July.
Mayor Nopporn Wutthikul led municipal officials on a visit to the reservoir to assess current water levels and provide an update on the local supply situation.
He was joined by Deputy Mayor Sanphop Ungrasamee, Hua Hin Municipal Council Chairman Cheep Suksri, municipal councillors, the deputy municipal clerk, the director of the Sanitary Engineering Division and other relevant officials.
Reservoir inspection confirms Hua Hin water supply
Officials said the inspection found that Hua Na Reservoir contained enough water to meet the needs of residents across the Hua Hin City Municipality area.
The municipality also said the available reserves were sufficient to support the continued production of clean tap water for household use.
The visit was intended to provide residents with accurate information about the current situation and address concerns over the reliability of the Hua Hin water supply.
No figures were provided on the reservoir’s current capacity or the estimated length of time the available water reserves are expected to last.
