Run Khan Do 3 schedule announced across Prachuap Khiri Khan
The schedule for Run Khan Do 3, a province-wide series of running events across Prachuap Khiri Khan, has been officially announced, with activities set to take place from March to July 2026 in every district of the province.
The announcement came during a ceremony on 8 March at the activity ground in front of the Pranburi District Office, where Mr Preeda Sukjai, Deputy Governor of Prachuap Khiri Khan, presided over the handover of the “Healthy Province” flag and the Run Khan Do 3 activity flag. The ceremony marks the start of preparations for Pranburi district to host the opening event on 25 March.
Also attending were Second Lieutenant Sitthichai Tantasit, Provincial Tourism and Sports Officer, Pranburi District Chief Ram Singhasophit, along with heads of district government departments, civil servants, representatives from local administrative organisations, community leaders, private sector partners and residents from across the area.
Officials said the programme builds on several years of community health initiatives in Pranburi district, where residents have regularly organised group activities to promote physical exercise and wellbeing. The district will again host the first event before the programme moves through each district over a four-month period.
Province-wide Run Khan Do 3 programme announced
Organisers say this year’s Run Khan Do 3 programme will feature a wider range of activities than in previous years. Alongside fun runs and walking activities, two trail running events will also be introduced, one in Pranburi on 30 May and another in Thap Sakae district.
Participants will also be able to use the CCC (Calories Credit Challenge) application, which has been introduced to help runners track their exercise progress and maintain personal health records.
Those who complete each event will receive a commemorative cap, with a different design created for each district hosting an event.

During the launch ceremony in Pranburi, more than 200 performers from 12 healthy living teams also took part in a group exercise session and cultural performances. Activities included ballroom dancing, aerobics, traditional dance and line dancing, highlighting the role of community participation in promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
The Run Khan Do series supports Prachuap Khiri Khan’s Healthy Province policy, which aims to encourage residents to maintain good physical fitness while also supporting local tourism and economic activity at district level.
The initiative forms part of the provincial development strategy “Next Move Prachuap, Prachuap Must Move Forward”, led by Governor Sitthichai Sawat Saen. Officials say the programme also helps strengthen health networks at community, district and provincial levels.
In previous editions, tens of thousands of people across the province have taken part in the running events.
