Chonburi Industry Council and Young FTI Launch 4th Generation Young Industrialists Training Program
SRIRACHA, CHONBURI, August 7th, 2026
The Chonburi Provincial Industry Council, along with Young FTI Chonburi, officially opened the “Young Industrialists” training program for Chonburi Province, Generation 4 (Young FTI Chonburi #4), on Thursday afternoon.
The opening ceremony took place at 3:00 p.m. in the Marina 1 Meeting Room at the Novotel Marina Sriracha Hotel in Sriracha District. Mr. Pairat Euachuyot, Vice President of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and Chairman of the Provincial Industry Council Promotion and Support Line, led the event.
Mr. Kittiwut Sasiwimonphan, Chairman of the Chonburi Provincial Industry Council, delivered the welcome address, while Miss Prisaporn Sawasdimongkol, Chairperson of the Young FTI Chonburi group, reported on the project. Senior executives from the Federation of Thai Industries, the Eastern Region Industry Council, and the Chonburi Provincial Industry Council, along with program participants and distinguished guests, attended the lively ceremony.
The program wants to build a strong network of organizational leaders, enhance management skills in the digital era, and prepare the new generation to drive sustainable economic growth in the province and the nation.
Mr. Pairat Euachuyot said: “The Young FTI Chonburi project is an excellent and highly beneficial initiative for the younger generation. It helps prepare them by developing skills and strengthening their roles in advancing the industrial sector at the provincial level, while enabling them to apply knowledge to further their businesses. I encourage all participants to study diligently, learn, and gain experience so they can achieve real success for themselves and their organizations.”
Mr. Kittiwut Sasiwimonphan expressed his congratulations and warm welcome to the participants, focusing on the program’s purpose: “The Chonburi Provincial Industry Council recognizes the importance of developing young industrialists so they gain the knowledge and capabilities to continue managing family businesses or their own enterprises and help them grow. It also prepares the next generation of business leaders to carry forward the mission of the Chonburi Provincial Industry Council in the future. The Council is fully committed to supporting this curriculum in every generation.”
Miss Prisaporn Sawasdimongkol, Chairperson of Young FTI Chonburi and head of the working group, explained: “Young FTI Chonburi #4 is organized with the concept of building a network of young leaders in the industrial sector. It focuses on promoting essential skills and knowledge for modern management, such as AI technology, the BCG Economy, Startup Thinking, Supply Chain, business strategy, and human resource management. Leading national speakers will share their expertise, and relationship-building activities throughout the course will help connect business partners while giving young people a platform to contribute ideas for driving Thailand’s industrial economy forward.”
On the opening day, participants also attended an intensive special lecture titled “Corporate Innovation: Applying Startup Concepts to SME Businesses,” delivered by Mr. Natthawut Phuengcharoenpong. He shared techniques for using startup-style innovation to achieve breakthrough growth for small and medium-sized enterprises.
