Thai Street Gold Star Roadshow Brings Over 100 Amazing Street Food Vendors to Pattaya Beach
PATTAYA
Building on training programs and taking them into the real marketplace, the Thai Street Gold Star Roadshow has set up at Pattaya’s central beachfront, gathering more than 100 street food stalls along the shore.
Associate Professor Dr. Chanasuk Nichanon of Suan Dusit University officiated at the opening of the Thailand Food Therapy Festival & Thai Street Gold Star Project in Pattaya. The initiative continues efforts to strengthen entrepreneurs’ skills in business operations, marketing, artificial intelligence applications, and food safety standards, then bring their products directly to consumers and tourists.

The event features more than 100 participating businesses and restaurants, including well-known local Pattaya eateries and operators involved in the project. Visitors can dine at beachside seating areas. Workshops and evening entertainment are also on the program.

Organizers are developing the Thai Street Gold Star platform to link entrepreneurs, restaurants, tourists, and consumers, creating longer-term marketing channels beyond the physical event.

The festival runs all afternoon and evening Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Central Pattaya Beach, opposite Central Pattaya Mall. Admission is free!
