The heavyweight boxing event at Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand, concluded with a victory for British boxing star Tyson Fury, after the corner of Poland’s Mariusz Wach informed the referee that Wach was unable to continue at the start of Round 7.
As a result, the referee officially stopped the contest, awarding Fury the win by RTD (Retired) in the seventh round, bringing the highly anticipated heavyweight showdown to a decisive finish.
The proceeds from the ticket sales of the event are notably entirely going to the Father Ray Foundation in Pattaya and helping disabled and under privileged children in need.
