LIVESTREAM: House opens second regular session of 20th Congress

MANILA, Philippines – The House of Representatives convenes for the opening of the second regular session of the 20th Congress on Monday, July 27.

This will be followed by the fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at the Batasang Pambansa in the afternoon.
