ColorOS 17 is coming to these OnePlus phones and tablets – here’s when

While OnePlus has confirmed its exit from the US, UK and European markets, it likely leaves existing users wondering where they stand. 

The Chinese firm has announced that support will continue, but in terms of software upgrades, this will come in the form of ColorOS, the operating system by parent company Oppo, as found on devices like the Find X9 Ultra.

ColorOS and OxygenOS are very similar, so it shouldn’t take users too long to acclimatise, though you also have the option to stay on Oxygen if you prefer. 

Which OnePlus phones (and tablets) are eligible to transfer to ColorOS is the big question and we now have the official list of compatible devices, along with the date you can expect the software to start rolling out.
