“This is my car. I have had every generation of 911, air cooled and water cooled, turbo and NA, all of which are in various states of “hot rod”. Even my CGT has some mods. I bought this car to hot rod as well, but it was so mint that I couldn’t do it, it is truly flawless inside and out. However, my OCD got the best of me and I invested whatever was needed to make the car perfect and decided to let it go as an offering to the BAT community. @hoarsche enjoy!”

“Pontiac sure had some pretty cars in the Sixties. They’ve aged well too. Great to see two Pontiac B Bodies with three pedals on BaT in the same week… how unusual is that?
This car would have a circle of admirers at every Cars and Coffee you drove it to… elegant and much less common than the A Body cars of the era. Truly the “executives’ hot rod” especially with a four-speed.

If the buyer wants to know any of the history, I can provide info for the period that I owned it. @IanC – When I sold it, I did include the Jaguar Heritage Certificate with it. Since I got it so long ago, it looks much different than the ones you get today. Hopefully, it’s still with the car. The colors are original – Opalescent Silver Blue with dark blue interior and top. I’ll be watching this one!”

“What a cherry looking little car! 1963 remains my favorite year for the Type 1 1200 Sedan and seeing one like this, in stock spec after years of well-loved ownership just makes me smile! Everyone has a VW Story and this VW has a great story all on it’s own.
