A series of recent photos of the popular star quickly spread across various social media platforms, prompting widespread discussion among fans. Many users pointed out that Fawad’s facial features appeared different from what they were accustomed to seeing, leading to a wave of comments and speculation.

Known for his timeless charm and sophisticated style, Fawad Khan has long been regarded as one of Pakistan’s most admired celebrities. His latest appearance, however, has generated mixed reactions, with admirers and critics sharing contrasting opinions about the transformation.

A large number of fans praised the actor’s refreshed appearance, insisting that he continues to look as handsome as ever. Many complimented his well-groomed style, youthful appearance, and confident presence, saying that he effortlessly maintains his signature elegance regardless of changing fashion trends.

Some social media users also noted that Fawad’s facial features in the new photos bear a resemblance to several popular Turkish actors. They highlighted his sharp jawline, neatly styled hair, and overall appearance, suggesting that his look reflects a modern international style that has become increasingly popular among celebrities.

However, not all reactions were positive. A section of social media users questioned whether the actor had undergone cosmetic procedures to achieve his updated appearance. Some speculated that he may have opted for aesthetic treatments or facial enhancements in an effort to maintain a youthful look.

Despite the speculation circulating online, Fawad Khan has not made any public statement regarding the comments about his appearance. There has also been no official confirmation that he has undergone any cosmetic surgery or aesthetic procedure.

Celebrity appearances often become a topic of discussion on social media, where even minor changes in hairstyle, grooming, makeup, lighting, camera angles, or weight can lead to widespread speculation. Experts have frequently noted that photographs taken under different lighting conditions or edited for promotional purposes can significantly alter how a person’s features appear.

Fawad Khan has built a successful career in both the Pakistani music and television industries before expanding his presence into films. Over the years, he has earned a loyal fan base through acclaimed performances and has remained one of the country’s most recognizable entertainment personalities.

The latest discussion surrounding his appearance reflects the intense public interest that often follows high-profile celebrities. While many fans continue to celebrate his style and screen presence, others remain curious about whether the change is simply the result of a new grooming approach, photography techniques, or something more.

For now, the conversation remains largely speculative, as neither Fawad Khan nor his representatives have addressed the online claims. Until any official statement is made, assertions that the actor underwent cosmetic surgery remain unverified, while his latest look continues to generate debate across social media.

Kubra Khan breaks silence on Dr Bahu criticism

Pakistani actress Kubra Khan has addressed the criticism she faced for her role in the hit drama Dr Bahu, revealing that the negative comments surrounding her appearance and on-screen pairing with co-star Shuja Asad deeply affected her. Dr Bahu, which is approaching its finale on ARY Digital, has remained one of the most talked-about dramas of the season. Written by Sanam Mehdi Zaryab and directed by renowned filmmaker Mehreen Jabbar, the serial is produced by Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib. Kubra Khan plays the lead role, while Shuja Asad stars opposite her. Although the drama has received praise for its storytelling and performances, it also sparked widespread debate online. Many social media users criticized the casting of Kubra Khan and Shuja Asad, with some claiming that the actress appeared older than her co-star. The criticism soon expanded beyond the pairing, with users also commenting on Kubra’s hairstyle, clothing, and weight. Speaking during a recent appearance on journalist Maliha Rehman’s YouTube show, Kubra Khan shared how the online backlash impacted her emotionally despite her decision to remain silent. She admitted that the criticism did hurt her, explaining that choosing not to respond publicly did not mean she was unaffected by the comments. According to the actress, people often assume silence means indifference, but that was never the case for her. Kubra also spoke about the unrealistic beauty standards that women in the entertainment industry are expected to meet. She said there is a narrow definition of beauty that expects women to be extremely slim, tall, and fair-skinned, making it difficult for many actresses to fit into those expectations. The actress pointed out that she does not consider herself to fit those conventional standards and has dealt with such judgments for years. She added that seeing people criticize her weight simply because it became a trending topic was upsetting. Rather than engaging with online trolls, Kubra chose to stay quiet because she believed responding would not change anyone’s mindset. She said it felt like “talking to a wall,” making it pointless to defend herself against endless criticism. Kubra further revealed that social media users also targeted her hairstyle and wardrobe during the drama’s initial episodes. She said such things could easily be changed, but she questioned why people were so focused on minor details while far more important issues were taking place in the world. The actress also clarified the story behind her much-discussed hairstyle. She explained that the haircut was inspired by the voluminous hairstyles that were popular during the 1990s. According to Kubra, she had already been sporting bangs before they became a viral topic online, but the look unexpectedly drew widespread attention after the drama premiered. Despite the criticism, Kubra Khan has continued to focus on her work, with many viewers praising her performance in Dr Bahu as the serial heads toward its final episodes. Her comments have also reignited conversations about body shaming, unrealistic beauty standards, and the pressure female actors face in the entertainment industry.

Sam Smith reveals how Christian Cowan inspired new…

Sam Smith is entering a new musical era, and this time, love is at the center of it. The Grammy-winning singer recently opened up about their upcoming fifth studio album, Hazel Eyes, revealing that much of the record was inspired by their relationship with fiancé Christian Cowan. Smith discussed the deeply personal project during an appearance on The New Yorker Radio Hour on August 11. [WNYC](https://wnyc.org/browse/shows/episode/simplecast/0952c9d3-73c5-47c0-a19f-950b525afeb7?utm_source=chatgpt.com) For Smith, the new album represents a major change from their earlier work. Their breakthrough album, In the Lonely Hour, became famous for songsa about heartbreak and unrequited love. This time, however, Smith is writing from a place of happiness and mutual love. The singer explained that Cowan has been extremely supportive throughout the creative process. Smith described the fashion designer as someone who encouraged them while they worked on the record. The album is especially personal because Smith considers it a love letter to Cowan and the relationship they are building together. However, they also admitted that sharing such intimate feelings through music can be difficult. Smith said there was a balance between deciding how much of their relationship to reveal and protecting something that remains private. That tension became part of the process of creating the album. Even the album title carries a connection to Cowan. Hazel Eyes is named after the designer’s eye color, making the title itself a subtle tribute to Smith’s fiancé. The record is scheduled for release on August 21. [People\.com](https://people.com/sam-smith-says-new-album-is-love-letter-to-fiance-christian-cowan-12058496?utm_source=chatgpt.com) One of the most meaningful songs on the project is “Everlasting Love.” Smith began writing the track shortly before their first date with Cowan, making it particularly significant in the story of their relationship. The song also represents a new experience for Smith because it focuses on love that is returned rather than one-sided. [People\.com](https://people.com/sam-smith-says-new-album-is-love-letter-to-fiance-christian-cowan-12058496?utm_source=chatgpt.com) Smith and Cowan have been together for several years and confirmed their engagement in July 2026. Their relationship has increasingly become an important source of inspiration for Smith’s art, while the couple has continued to protect many details of their private life. [People\.com](https://people.com/sam-smith-is-engaged-to-christian-cowan-11968083?utm_source=chatgpt.com) The upcoming album therefore marks more than a new chapter in Smith’s music career. It reflects a different emotional perspective, one shaped by stability, joy and being loved in return. After years of singing about heartbreak, Smith is now turning their happiest relationship into music. And with Cowan’s support throughout the process, Hazel Eyes promises to offer fans a more intimate and hopeful side of the singer.

Joe Root ends England curfew ahead of Pakistan Tests

BECKENHAM: England Test captain Joe Root has removed the midnight curfew previously imposed on the team, signalling a shift towards greater personal responsibility ahead of the three-match Test series against Pakistan. Root, speaking to Sky Sports, said he did not believe strict curfews were necessary and instead wanted England players to behave like adults and take responsibility for their actions both on and off the field. “There’s not going to be a curfew. I don’t think this needs to be a big deal, to be honest,” Root said. The experienced batter explained that players needed the freedom to make sensible decisions without constant supervision. In his view, responsibility away from the cricket field should go hand in hand with the standards expected from players representing England. Root said the team would focus on managing itself effectively, with players expected to “self-police” and look after one another. He also stressed that everyone in the squad understood the responsibilities that come with playing international cricket. The decision marks a notable change from the approach taken under former captain Ben Stokes, when a midnight curfew was introduced as part of the team’s discipline and culture. For Root, however, the priority is creating a strong environment rather than enforcing rigid rules. He said England should be remembered for their performances on the field rather than stories about incidents away from cricket. The captain also acknowledged that players should be able to celebrate victories, enjoy themselves and have a drink when appropriate, provided they understand their responsibilities. “Let’s be adults. Look after yourselves, look after each other,” Root said, emphasising the importance of a healthy team culture. England are now preparing for a challenging Test series against Pakistan, with Root and head coach Stephen Fleming expected to establish clear standards for the squad. The message from Root is straightforward: England’s players will have more freedom, but with that freedom comes accountability. The captain hopes the approach will strengthen team unity while keeping attention firmly on cricket.

Rashid Latif urges PCB chairman to utilize Younis …

Former Pakistan Test captain and wicketkeeper-batter Rashid Latif has called on Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi to make better use of former captain Younis Khan’s expertise for the growth and development of cricket in the country. Latif believes that experienced former players like Younis Khan can play a significant role in nurturing young talent and strengthening Pakistan’s cricket structure. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Younis Khan Cricket Academy at KHA Legend Arena in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Rashid Latif stressed the need to put Pakistan cricket on the right path by involving accomplished cricketers in the development process. He said Younis Khan’s vast experience and commitment to the game make him one of the best individuals to guide the next generation of players. Latif also reflected on Karachi’s rich cricketing history, noting that there was a time when the Pakistan national team featured a large number of players from the city. However, he said the situation has changed over the years, and Karachi no longer contributes players at the same level as it once did. Highlighting the importance of Karachi’s Malir district, Rashid Latif said the area has produced several outstanding cricketers, including Saeed Anwar, Khurram Manzoor, Asim Kamal, Younis Khan, and himself. According to him, the region has long been a breeding ground for cricketing talent and deserves continued investment in player development. The former captain also pointed out that while many of Younis Khan’s contemporaries are seeking positions within the Pakistan Cricket Board, Younis has remained focused on serving the game by working directly with aspiring cricketers. Latif praised this dedication, saying it reflects Younis Khan’s genuine passion for Pakistan cricket. Rashid Latif expressed confidence that the Younis Khan Cricket Academy will help revive grassroots cricket in Karachi by providing young players with quality coaching and professional guidance. He emphasized that similar initiatives can strengthen the country’s cricketing future if supported by the PCB and other stakeholders. Concluding his remarks, Latif paid tribute to Younis Khan’s remarkable achievements, describing his record of more than 10,000 Test runs and 34 Test centuries as an extraordinary milestone. He said cricketers of Younis Khan’s caliber are produced only once in a generation, making it essential for Pakistan cricket to benefit from his experience and leadership.
