Missing Young Russian Siblings’ Motorcycle Found Buried in Forest Near Pattaya After Four Suspects Flee
CHONBURI, Thailand
Authorities have recovered the Honda ADV 150 motorcycle belonging to two young missing Russian siblings after it was found dismantled and buried in a forest near Pattaya, following the flight of four suspected men who were spotted digging in the area.
Diana Nazimova, 22, and her brother Roman Nazimova, 17, disappeared along with their black-and-grey Honda ADV 150 motorcycle, license plate 4กษ 6379 Chonburi, in the early hours of July 26th, 2026 as we reported here.
Village leaders, including the subdistrict headman and local officials, were conducting inquiries in Village 9 in the Huai Yai Subdistrict when they encountered four suspicious men carrying digging equipment inside the forest. When approached, the men fled the scene immediately.
Police were called in and discovered a freshly covered pit. Upon excavation, officers found a nearly new motorcycle that had been disassembled into parts and buried underground. The vehicle was confirmed to be the Honda ADV 150 belonging to the missing Russian siblings.
Following the discovery, authorities launched a large-scale search of the surrounding area for the missing pair and additional evidence. The site is located near the home of a suspect identified as “Mr. Pong,” who had previously appeared in circulating video clips. The investigation remains ongoing.
Assistant village headman Jakkrit Boonmak, 56, said analysis of CCTV footage and discussions with the village headman had pointed to the location as suspicious. Around 10 a.m., he received information from a local source that a group of men had been digging in the area since about 10 p.m. the previous night. He went to check and found the four suspects.
“At first I thought they might be burying a body, so I immediately informed the village headman and withdrew from the area because I was concerned they might be armed,” Jakkrit said. He then coordinated with police. By the time officers returned to the site, the four men had already fled, leaving only the burial site. Excavation later revealed the missing siblings’ motorcycle.
The two Russians have not yet been located. Police and local officials continue a thorough search of the surrounding forest area.
