Pattaya Hosts Closing Ceremony of Youth Moral and Ethical Development Camp at Father Ray Foundation
PATTAYA, Thailand, August 2nd, 2026 – The closing ceremony of the Moral and Ethical Development Camp project was held yesterday at the Center of the Redeemer, Father Ray Foundation in Pattaya City.
Mr. Poramese Ngamphichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, assigned Mr. Pitthaya Phirom-on, a member of the Pattaya City Council, to preside over the event. Senior administrators, teachers, students, and representatives from relevant agencies attended in full force.

The project was to promote and instill moral values and ethics among children and young people. It seeks to build a strong sense of conscience, duty, and responsibility toward themselves, their families, and society, while encouraging participants to apply these principles appropriately in everyday life.
Throughout the camp, participants took part in a variety of activities. These included lectures on moral principles, practical training sessions, team-building exercises, programs to strengthen discipline and unity, and recreational activities that incorporated ethical lessons. The diverse program helped young people learn and develop themselves in a well-rounded manner.

In his closing remarks, the presiding official offered words of encouragement and praised the youth for their participation. He stressed that morals and ethics form an essential foundation for living and urged the participants to apply the knowledge and experiences gained from the camp in their daily lives so they can grow into responsible and high-quality members of society.
