“Love this example. I also have a Piedmont Green Metallic E400 Wagon (more photos on my IG @ptsrs) and can confirm it is a wonderful family car. It also gets surprisingly a lot of compliments, especially from young dads haha. As the other Piedmont owner said, the color is incredibly dynamic. The M276 V6 is buttery smooth and has a good reputation for reliability.

“My parents bought a blue 1964 Wagon like this and we made two big trips from MN, one to Southern California, including Disneyland, and the other to Alaska. The Alaska trip was memorable for my two brothers and I. We had 11 flat tires, the gravel was almost as big as the mosquitoes, big trucks flew by us as we rolled up the windows and ducked, of course the windshield needed replacement and within a year all of the paint had peeled off the hood. “The gap between the order date and the serialized date on the Marti report reminds me that Ford workers went on strike in the fall of 1976.
I had factory ordered a new Econoline 150 around the same time as this Bronco and I took delivery in January of 1977. My van was the same Midnight Metallic Blue as this Bronco. A Great color”

“This is an absolutely stunning car. We had this one at Macchinissima III and it was a favorite. I had the pleasure to drive it a little bit. It is very approachable but the Ford engine does scream with all the best noises. Condition is on another level of this one.”

“My grandfather bought one of these new back in the day and got a surprise when he picked it up after its first scheduled service at the dealership. The service writer put “Aspen” on the repair order, so my grandfather asked him to correct it. Confused, the service guy walked over to his car and pointed at the “Aspen” badge on the side of the car. They walked around to the drivers side and were greeted by a “Volare” badge! “This 599 is an earlier production as in the later production for 2007 the ceramic brakes became standard. Also, Ferrari jacked up the base price from $258k to $321k base price. Significantly increased the cost. These cars are appreciating fast. F-1 transmission is a very nice transmission in my opinion even though general public prefers the clutch version. Good luck.”

“This is what the first-gen Celica liftback was meant to be. We got what was spec’ed for US market, same chassis but with the big 5mph bumpers and a much lower-performance engine. The 20R is great for a truck, but 100 hp at 4800 rpm isn’t as much fun as an 18R-G140 hp at 6500 rpm in a sub-2500 lb car.
