A Look at baT at the 2026 Woodward Dream Cruise
Back in 1995, the late Ferndale resident Nelson House helped create what would become “North America’s largest one-day automotive event”—the Woodward Dream Cruise, a seemingly endless stream of American car culture parading along Motown’s legendary Woodward Avenue. A BaT crew will be there for this year’s happening, which will take place this coming Saturday, August 15.

For the few who are unfamiliar: this annual event covers a 16-mile stretch of Woodward Avenue, spans nine communities, and brings out some 40,000 cars running the gamut from muscle cars to exotic automotive gems.

We’ll have our tent pitched in front of Superlap in Berkley, Michigan, from 9:00am to 8:00pm, where BaT staff will be on hand with plenty of giveaways and good company. We’re excited to feast our eyes upon the variety of iron cruising down Woodward Avenue, so come by to help us point and stare—we’d love to see you there!
