“Lauterbach hulls are indeed special as is the family. Thanks for the heads up about the book and reunion. If there was a way to get to the event it sure would be fun.
Back in the 1970’s on Seattles Green Lake were some special times. We would sit on the beach with a battery operated B&W 2 inch TV screen watching Indy and at the same time enjoy the boat races. “The 8C is one of my favorite cars ever. We do have a 4C in the stable and it is loads of fun, handles like it is attached to the road, and makes funny grunting noises….not a car to tour in though, unless your idea of a tour is to visit a local vineyard 8 miles away.
The 8C has noble bones and as a previous share stated, has easy access to critical parts.
