“Good memories on this BAT auction. We had a 2005 Freestar SES that we drove from 2005 to 2019. Had 250,000 miles. Took my son to 1st day of kindergarten and also helped him move into college his freshman year. 3 trips to Disneyworld, trips to Toronto, NYC, Pittsburgh, several to Indiana etc. Was a great riding van, large gas tank, decent milage. Sure, they sip more fuel than their diesel sisters, but the buy in price and cheapness of maintenance and repairs make it much less of an issue. I sold mine 5 years ago and have regretted it ever since. It towed a 12k 5er all over the west, no problem. Uggh!”
