“My wife drives a PT Cruiser. She LOVES the car. We’ve never been able to take it on any kind of road trip without a CEL. I keep an OBD II reader in the car. Two crankshaft position sensors, one camshaft position sensor, one idle air mixture valve, two ECMs, and numerous gas caps. Did I mention that she loves the thing?”

“Another amazing 911. Norway knows how to build for sure. This is why I love coming to BAT. Not only do I learn more about some of the cars I never really got into. Plus with my serious health issues right now, BAT really helps me get up early, and make it through another day. And it gives me hope that one day I will own one. GLWTA!!!”

“While hitchhiking to the 1966 Comblain Latour Jazz Festival I got stranded somewere south of Liege. It was a wet and heazy night. In the far distance under the orange light of a lonely streetlamp I noticed a highly unfamiliar shape. It looked like some kind of alien spacecraft. As I got nearer I saw that it wasn’t a space vehicle, but a road car of a type I didn’t know it existed, had never seen before, and for that matter have never seen again, save for some pictures. It was a Bizzarini like the one…”

“Folks, the Gen 5 Viper was the epitome of everything great with cars. Manual transmission, rear wheel drive, hydraulic steering, and beautiful art inside and out with modern day technology. They will never make cars like this again and nothing made right now even matches the visceral feel of this. When you have mass produced 911s going for 200-500k, it’s amazing that this is not going for more than 500k. Those cars are so boring compared to this!”

That toothy front may well have inspired this 1955 Motorama Dream Car:

“I’ve seen these cars in person when they were new at Straman’s over next to the Orange County Airport. The workmanship is superb. No one believes me when I say that there was a convertible CRX.
More importantly than that, no one believes there was EVER a teddy bear wheel made for any car – and I’ve told stories about them on a Volkswagen Cabriolet I once had. I have only ever seen ONE at a tire dealer. Never a complete set.
This car embodies every story I’ve ever told about cars made of…”

My faith in humanity was restored, never in my life had I seen so many cool wagons and hot hatches ripping up and down the Autostrade and country roads. Even really neat turbo diesel variants.

So safe to say you will be fine if you use 98 octane unleaded fuel which is generally available at the track or from any respected vendor.”

“I must commend the team at Revology on an absolute triumph of packaging. It is one thing to shoehorn a Gen 3 Coyote into an early-model engine bay, but the way this has been engineered is incredibly clean. You actually left plenty of room to work on the car, and the plumbing is pure art. It takes a truly discerning eye to differentiate this from a factory-spec 1968 Fastback until you pop the hood.
The juxtaposition of eras is beautifully executed. Catching the modern Ford door-ajar chime in…”
