Bollywood singer Shaan and Wife buy three luxury flats in Mumbai for Rs4.764 billion

MUMBAI: Bollywood singer Shantanu Mukherjee, popularly known as Shaan, and his wife Radhika Mukherjee have purchased three luxury apartments in Mumbai for a combined price of Rs4.764 billion Indian rupees, according to property registration documents.

The three apartments are located on the higher floors of the Palmiera project on Turner Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas. The properties have a combined area of 6,267.87 square feet and come with a total of nine car parking spaces.

According to the registration documents, each of the three apartments was purchased for Rs1.588 billion Indian rupees, bringing the total value of the transaction to approximately Rs4.764 billion. The couple also paid a total of Rs270 million in stamp duty on the property purchase.

The registrations for the three apartments were completed separately on August 20, 2026. Following the purchase, Shaan and Radhika combined the three individual apartments to create a single, larger residential unit. The registration process for the newly combined residential property was also completed on the same day.

The luxury condominium on Turner Road has a connection with Bollywood history. The building previously served as the residence of veteran Bollywood actress Mala Sinha, adding to the property’s prominence within Mumbai’s entertainment and real estate circles.

The high-value purchase by Shaan and Radhika comes at a time when Mumbai’s luxury housing market continues to witness significant activity, with high-net-worth individuals and celebrities increasingly investing in premium residential properties in prime locations.

Bandra West, where the apartments are situated, is among Mumbai’s most prestigious neighbourhoods and is known for its high-end residential developments, celebrity homes, restaurants and entertainment venues. Properties in the area command some of the highest prices in the city due to their location and limited availability of premium housing.

The latest purchase is not the couple’s first major real estate investment. Last year, Shaan and his wife reportedly purchased a luxury bungalow in Pune for around Rs1 billion Indian rupees.

Shaan, 54, is one of the well-known voices in the Indian music industry. He has performed numerous Bollywood songs and has also worked as a television presenter and music show host. Over the years, he has established a prominent position in the Hindi music industry.

The purchase of three apartments and their subsequent conversion into a single residential unit reflects the growing preference among affluent buyers for customised luxury homes in Mumbai’s prime locations. Such properties offer larger living spaces, privacy and premium amenities while also serving as significant investments in one of India’s most expensive real estate markets.

With the latest acquisition, Shaan and Radhika have further expanded their property portfolio, adding another high-value asset to their real estate investments in India.

Beyond acting, she has also explored singing and fashion design, keeping herself actively involved in creative pursuits throughout her career. In recent years, she has turned her attention to designing clothing and has been promoting her boutique through social media. In a recently shared promotional video, Asma Abbas appeared wearing a striped co-ord outfit from her own fashion collection while introducing designs available at her boutique. Although the video was intended to highlight her latest clothing line, much of the online conversation quickly shifted toward her personal styling instead of the collection itself. The outfit sparked a wave of mixed reactions across social media platforms. While some viewers appreciated her confidence and willingness to wear her own creations, many others expressed disappointment with the overall look. Several users commented that they did not find the design appealing, while others suggested the outfit did not suit her personality or appearance. Among the many comments circulating online, one user remarked that the outfit looked like something from a second-hand clothing market. Another suggested that people should dress in a way that complements their age and personality. A different commenter criticized the look by saying it did not present the actress in the best possible way. As is often the case with celebrity fashion, opinions remained divided. Brad Pitt’s daughter Vivienne seeks major name change

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, has reportedly taken legal steps to remove “Pitt” from her surname. If approved, the 18-year-old will officially be known as Vivienne Marcheline Jolie, marking another significant change within the famous family. According to reports, Vivienne filed a petition in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, requesting the legal name change. In the court documents, she cited “personal” reasons for the request. A hearing on the petition has been scheduled for November 2. Although the legal filing has now come to light, many fans had already noticed a similar change last year. In 2024, Vivienne was credited as “Vivienne Jolie” in the Playbill for the Broadway production The Outsiders, where she worked alongside her mother, Angelina Jolie. At the time, the credit sparked speculation that she had chosen to distance herself from the “Pitt” surname. Vivienne is not the first of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s children to make such a decision. Her older sister, Shiloh, legally dropped “Pitt” from her surname in 2024 after turning 18. Meanwhile, Zahara and Maddox have also publicly used the Jolie surname in various settings, reflecting similar personal choices regarding their names. The reported decision has once again drawn attention to the long-running family dynamics following Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s highly publicized split. The Hollywood stars separated in 2016 after two years of marriage, ending one of the entertainment industry’s most talked-about relationships. Their divorce was finalized in late 2024 after years of legal proceedings. Despite the conclusion of their divorce, the former couple remain involved in an ongoing legal dispute over Château Miraval, the French winery they once jointly owned. The property has been at the center of a lengthy legal battle, keeping the former spouses connected through court proceedings. Following similar reports involving the couple’s children, a source close to Brad Pitt previously described the situation as heartbreaking, suggesting it was difficult to watch the growing distance between the actor and some of his children. However, neither Brad Pitt nor Vivienne has publicly commented on the latest legal filing. Angelina Jolie has often spoken about encouraging her children to embrace their individuality. Over the years, she has emphasized that each of her children has a unique personality and that her role as a parent is to support them as they discover who they are. She has previously shared that watching them grow into independent individuals has been one of the most rewarding parts of motherhood. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie share six children. Their family includes three adopted children—Maddox, Pax, and Zahara—and three biological children—Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne. As their children have grown into adulthood, several have chosen to shape their own identities in different ways, including making personal decisions about their names. Vivienne’s petition represents the latest chapter in the evolving story of one of Hollywood’s most well-known families, as the next generation continues to make choices that reflect their own identities and personal journeys.

Noah Kahan slams White House over unauthorised song use.

Noah Kahan has become the latest musician to publicly push back against the Trump administration after the White House used his music without permission, joining a growing list of artists who have objected to their songs being used in administration social media content. The dispute began when the White House posted photographs and video to both Instagram and TikTok showing President Trump touring General Motors’ Milford Proving Ground in Michigan. The posts were set to Kahan’s song American Cars, taken from his chart-topping album The Great Divide. The pairing was clearly intended to evoke a sense of American pride and manufacturing strength, but the artist whose voice and music gave the posts their soundtrack had not been consulted and had not given his approval. Fans were quick to notice and quickly alerted Kahan by tagging him in the comments. His response was direct and unambiguous. “Would never approve of my music being used in support of you or this administration,” he wrote beneath the post. The comment rapidly accumulated tens of thousands of likes, suggesting the sentiment resonated well beyond Kahan’s own fanbase. His frequent collaborator and co-writer on the track, guitarist Noah Levine, also left a response of his own beneath the White House post. His comment was reportedly more direct in its language than Kahan’s, though it was subsequently removed. At the time of publication, the song itself remained attached to the White House’s video despite both objections. The White House did not respond to requests for comment on Kahan’s objection. The incident is part of a pattern that has become increasingly familiar during the Trump administration’s social media operations. Just days before Kahan spoke out, Katy Perry criticised the White House for using her 2010 hit Firework in a TikTok post featuring footage of military strikes. “I’m deeply appalled and angry,” she wrote, adding that she had not approved its use and had not even been asked. Ariana Grande raised similar concerns in June after a version of her song Bye appeared in a White House TikTok post depicting ICE arrests. The list of artists who have previously objected to the administration’s use of their music is extensive. Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Celine Dion, Neil Young and the Rolling Stones have all at various points voiced comparable complaints, reflecting a consistent tension between an administration that appears to deploy popular music as a tool of political imagery and the musicians whose work is being used without their knowledge or consent. For Kahan, the issue was clearly not simply procedural but personal. His response made clear that the objection was not only about the absence of permission but about the specific association itself, one he said he would never willingly choose.

Paramount+ executive shares big update about Landm…

Fans of Landman have plenty to look forward to as the Paramount+ drama moves toward its highly anticipated third season. The Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace-created series has officially been renewed, and recent updates suggest that the next chapter of the hit oil drama is taking shape. Paramount+ confirmed the renewal in December 2025 after Landman delivered strong viewing numbers for the streaming service. The third season will continue to be executive produced by Sheridan, Wallace, David C. Glasser and several other members of the creative team.  The biggest question for viewers has been when the new episodes will arrive. Paramount+ has confirmed that season 3 is coming, but the streamer has not announced an official premiere date. Its own update notes that both previous seasons launched in November, although that pattern does not guarantee the same release window for the new season.  Production timing has also become an important part of the conversation. Earlier expectations pointed toward a quicker return, but reports indicate that filming has been pushed later than initially anticipated. That has raised the possibility that viewers may have to wait until 2027 rather than seeing the season in late 2026.  There is, however, plenty of story left to explore. Season 2 ended with major changes for Billy Bob Thornton’s Tommy Norris. After being pushed out of M-Tex, Tommy joined forces with his son Cooper and Danny Morrell to establish a new oil business. At the same time, Demi Moore’s Cami became an increasingly powerful figure at M-Tex, setting the stage for a new professional rivalry.  Thornton is expected to return as Tommy, while other familiar faces are also likely to continue their stories. However, Paramount+ had not yet officially announced the complete season 3 cast in its April update.  Christian Wallace has previously expressed enthusiasm about continuing the series, saying there is still plenty of story to tell. He suggested that the show has significant “runway” remaining as long as the characters and story continue to develop in worthwhile ways.  That approach could make season 3 particularly exciting. Tommy is no longer simply trying to survive inside someone else’s oil empire. He is now building something of his own, while facing new business dangers and complicated family relationships. For now, fans will have to remain patient for an official premiere announcement. What is clear is that Landman is not going anywhere. With Paramount+ backing another season and the story entering a completely new phase, season 3 could become one of the show’s biggest chapters yet.

Arjumand Rahim opens up about anxiety and multiple ER visits

Arjumand Rahim is one of Pakistani television’s most enduring and respected performers. She began her career in the 1990s and has built a body of work that spans three decades, evolving alongside the industry itself and consistently delivering performances that leave a mark. Her recent role in Sher reminded audiences precisely what she is capable of, earning widespread praise and reinforcing her standing as one of the finest actors of her generation. Away from the screen, however, she has been quietly navigating a health struggle that was far more frightening than anything she has portrayed on camera. Appearing as a guest on Vasay Chaudhary’s show, Arjumand spoke with remarkable candour about a period in her life when she repeatedly found herself in the emergency room with no clear explanation for what was happening to her body. She described feeling faint and physically unwell on multiple occasions, with each ER visit leaving her more shaken than the last. Adding to her fear was a deeply personal detail: her father had passed away due to cardiac arrest, and the physical symptoms she was experiencing brought that grief rushing back in the most frightening way possible. Every episode of faintness or discomfort carried the shadow of that loss. It was only when she received a proper diagnosis that the picture began to make sense. She was found to be suffering from extreme anxiety and depression, conditions that had been manifesting through very real and alarming physical symptoms. For someone who had not understood what was happening to her, the diagnosis, while difficult to hear, was also the beginning of clarity. She sought professional help, underwent therapy, and received the treatment she needed to begin recovering. She described the period before the diagnosis as truly frightening, a time when she did not know what was wrong with her and could not explain what her body was doing or why. The uncertainty, layered on top of grief and the physical toll of the episodes themselves, made for an extraordinarily difficult stretch of time. The good news, and she was clear about this, is that she is doing significantly better now. The treatment worked, and the willingness to seek help made the difference. Her decision to speak openly about what she went through carries weight beyond her own story. In Pakistan, conversations around mental health and its physical manifestations remain challenging, and the stigma surrounding anxiety, depression and therapy continues to prevent many people from reaching out. When a figure of Arjumand Rahim’s stature speaks plainly about her own diagnosis and her experience of getting treatment, it sends a message that reaching for help is not weakness but the beginning of getting better. That is a message worth hearing.

Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis welcome first baby together

Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis have officially become parents, marking a joyful new chapter in their relationship after nearly four years together. The couple reportedly welcomed their first child last month. While the new parents have chosen to keep the arrival private, they have not revealed the baby’s name, gender, or any additional details. Earlier this year, the pair confirmed they were expecting their first child when they were photographed during a stroll in New York City. Annabelle Wallis proudly showed off her baby bump in a relaxed outfit featuring a loose-fitting dress layered with a brown jacket and accessorized with a cheetah-print handbag. Stan opted for a casual look with brown trousers, a white shirt, and a denim jacket. Although the couple have largely kept their personal life away from the spotlight, Sebastian Stan recently opened up about his thoughts on fatherhood while promoting his upcoming film Fjord, directed by Cristian Mungiu. The film follows a man who is forced to examine his worth both as a father and as a person, a storyline that resonated deeply with the actor as he prepared to welcome his own child. Reflecting on the life-changing experience, Stan shared that becoming a father has made him think more seriously about the kind of parent and person he wants to be. He said his biggest goal is to be a good father, adding that he feels a growing sense of responsibility. The 43-year-old actor explained that despite his age and career success, he still believes he is learning and growing as a person. He also revealed that he enjoys reading different perspectives and experiences to better understand the world around him. Stan and Wallis first sparked dating rumours in May 2022 after they were seen together at Robert Pattinson’s birthday celebration. Over time, the couple gradually made more public appearances, confirming their romance without making many public comments about their relationship. In February 2024, Wallis accompanied Stan to the Berlin International Film Festival for the premiere of A Different Man. A few months later, the pair walked the red carpet together at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of Stan’s film The Apprentice, in which he portrays Donald Trump. Professionally, Stan continues to stay busy with several high-profile projects. Marvel fans are eagerly awaiting his return as Bucky Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier, in Avengers: Doomsday. The highly anticipated superhero film is scheduled to arrive in theatres on December 18, while the actor now also begins an exciting new role in his personal life as a first-time father.
