Final Public Memorial Ceremony Planned for Russian Siblings Diana and Roman in Pattaya

PATTAYA, Thailand — A final memorial gathering will be held Thursday, tomorrow morning, for Diana and Roman, two Russian siblings, along with showing respect and mourning for the Thai family of three who were murdered by the same group of criminals during robbery attempts near Pattaya.

The ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the location where the siblings’ bodies were found. Attendees are invited to bring flowers to pay their respects, offer words of farewell, or stand in quiet mourning.

Recommended flowers include white carnations, white lilies, and white roses.

The family of the siblings has issued a public invitation and asked for the information to be shared widely so that those wishing to attend can do so. “Just attending the ceremony is a great encouragement for the family,” the statement said.

In a message accompanying the invitation, the mother and family expressed deep gratitude to the Thai public for the help, concern, and support received during this difficult period. They said they hope to thank people in person and remain profoundly moved by the kindness shown to them.

The gathering is open to the public. Those planning to attend can find the location here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/RNdcXVxEuSC1tYFT8?g_st=ic
