Hua Hin Jazz City Event to fill 40 venues with live music
Hua Hin Jazz City Event 2026 will bring jazz performances to more than 40 locations across the city from 29 May to 1 June, as organisers look to create a citywide music festival that supports tourism and local businesses.
The event will be held under the concept “Celebrating Music, Starting Sustainability” and aims to position Hua Hin as a destination for jazz lovers while encouraging visitors to explore different parts of the city.
Unlike previous jazz events that have centred mainly on a large beachside stage, this year’s programme will spread performances across hotels, cafés, restaurants and other venues throughout Hua Hin.
Organisers said each participating venue will present a style of jazz suited to its atmosphere, giving visitors a more varied and personal way to experience the festival.
The Hua Hin Jazz City Event 2026 line-up is expected to include established jazz musicians as well as emerging artists from Thailand and overseas. The performances are intended to highlight jazz as an international form of music while giving local venues a chance to take part in the festival.
Hua Hin Jazz City Event to support local venues
The event is being organised with support from several groups, including the Lions Club of Hua Hin, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and government agencies.
By holding performances at venues across the city, organisers hope the event will encourage visitors to discover new places in Hua Hin and spend directly with local businesses.
The format is also intended to create a more relaxed and accessible festival experience, with audiences able to enjoy live music in smaller settings rather than only at one main concert area.
Organisers said the event is part of an effort to develop Hua Hin Jazz City Event into a major annual music festival that can attract both Thai and international visitors.
Visitors are advised to check the performance schedule in advance, as each of the 40 venues will have different times, artists and jazz styles.
